EnVi Pet Care always conducts a meet and greet with the owner of the company and a pet buddy. Meeting with a minimum of two of our staff members ensures that we have someone familiar with your pet and routine. If for any reason your usual Pet Buddy becomes delayed or unable to make the assigned visit time, the owner will do the visit. The Meet and Greet also makes certain both the Pet Buddy and management know your expectations of our services. No member of EnVi Pet Cares’ staff enters the home without first meeting you and your pet(s).

Our Meet and Greets at your home comprise seeing the routine of you and your pet and where everything for your pet is in the house.
